Administration is key

It is crucial to our clients that their affairs are administered efficiently and we're lucky enough to have an excellent team.
Lisa Burke, the Practice Manager, started in the industry in 1992 and has worked with Thomas since 1999, keeps track of compliance procedures and ensures the smooth running of the whole practice.
We've recently changed our process so that every client has a dedicated client support member. This has been a success for both clients and the team and has helped encourage the team to share ideas and support each other. Each member though has historically been responsible for an area of the efficient running of the team and they remain responsible for keeping everyone up to date and trained in that area.
Lisa McRoberts is in charge of the new business submission process and keeping track of it once submitted.
Stephanie Robotham is responsible for client reports, completing financial plans and unique projects such as contacting relevant clients in the event of legislative changes.
Avia Gordon is managing the research side of the business and updating the team with new developments in the market.
Jordan Nasser and Emma Bates are also responsible for all VDPs as well as reception and welcoming any clients to our office.
The whole team is committed to offering excellent customer service. Although it's difficult to be 100% better than anyone else our objective is to be 1% better at 100 different things.
