Administration is key

It is crucial to our clients that their affairs are administered efficiently and we're lucky enough to have an excellent admin team.

Lisa Burke, the Practice Manager, started in the industry in 1992 and has worked with Thomas since 1999, keeps track of compliance procedures and ensures the smooth running of the whole practice.

Lisa McRobert is in charge of the new business submission process and keeping track of it once submitted.

Owen Foulkes is now managing the research side of the business and preparing advisers for their client meetings.

Stephanie Robotham is responsible for client reports, completing financial plans and unique projects such as contacting relevant clients in the event of legislative changes.

Cathy Conway is also submitting new business online and keeping clients up to date with their applications.

Jordan Nasser is a trainee, makes a great cup of tea and will welcome you when you come to the office!

The whole team is committed to offering excellent customer service. Although it's difficult to be 100% better than anyone else our objective is to be 1% better at 100 different things.
