So tell me again why I should be using an IFA?

Just sitting in the car on the way back to Birmingham - being very well driven by Jonny Amos as my normal driver has the cheek to go on holiday - and read what I think is an amazing report by Nicole Blackmore of Money Marketing (Proof is in the pudding 03 June 2009). She explains that IFAs (Independent Financial Advisers) are responsible for just 3 per cent of complaints to the FOS (Financial Ombudsmen Service) and only 33 per cent of those are upheld. Banks on the other hand are responsible for 59 per cent of complaints and a whopping 69 per cent are upheld.

Who would you use?
