Dental Solicitors - Where are they when you need one?

We're involved in financing quite a few dental practice purchases throughout the country and always prefer when our clients take the trouble to find a solicitor well versed in the art of buying and selling dental practices. We hear the horror stories of when things go dreadfully wrong and it typically involves someone trying to save a few pounds and using a solicitor that has rarely if ever been involved in a practice sale and knows nothing of GDS & PDS contracts, incorporation and NHS legislation.

However none of those are based in the West Midlands so I was very pleased to meet a dynamic and enthusiastic solicitor a couple of weeks ago - Alexander Hall of mfg Solicitors.
